The conviction behind the work

Blueprinted Collective was built from a simple conviction: God is not distant or silent in our purpose — He has already designed it into each of us. But without a clear framework, we struggle to translate what we sense Him saying into confident, aligned action.

When we step into our calling with clarity, the world changes. Communities are renewed. What’s broken is restored. Hope becomes visible. That’s the world we’re working toward.

For more than 20 years, across four continents and every role she has held, Ashley Gordon has been doing one thing: activating people into purpose. She has led corporate initiatives, founded a charity, led a family foundation, and co-led the global expansion of a generosity movement reaching more than 70 countries and 40 languages. Along the way, she has walked alongside nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs launching purpose-driven ventures, and generous givers aligning their faith with their giving. She is a Certified Impact Philanthropy Advisor.

Across every context, Ashley encountered the same pattern: capable, driven people carrying real experience and deep desire, yet uncertain about how to move forward in their work, their giving, and their next season. They struggled to hear God specifically about their purpose, and even more to translate what they sensed Him saying into a clear statement and a plan they could enact. So drawing on advanced study in theology, leadership, human resource development, and business and social impact at institutions including Dallas Theological Seminary and the University of Cambridge, she built a framework they could follow. It is now the foundation of Blueprinted Collective.

Ashley is originally from the United States and spent nearly a decade in the United Kingdom before returning to the U.S. with her husband, Calum. She is endlessly curious about different cultures, their food, their experience of Jesus, and how they care for one another, and is known for asking thoughtful questions and offering enthusiastic affirmations.

Calum Gordon

Calum Gordon

Calum Gordon brings over 20 years of international experience across 15 countries, working at the intersection of leadership, security, and social impact. Across roles in the military, politics, and anti-trafficking, his focus has remained the same: equipping others to lead with clarity and responsibility. He served a decade in the British Army, including a tour in Afghanistan, before moving into front-line work combating human trafficking.

Most recently, he served as a Security Training and Development Officer for a global anti-trafficking organization, supporting those operating in high-risk environments. Having grown up overseas, Calum brings a grounded, cross-cultural perspective to his work. He holds a Master's degree in International Development with Law and is committed to helping others recognize and use their strengths to create meaningful, responsible impact.

After experiencing the Blueprinted Collective process firsthand, Calum joined the team as a coach, drawn by its practical impact. He works with men, veterans, first responders, and others who have taken significant risks in service of others, helping them gain clarity and move forward with purpose.

Calum, Ashley's husband, is known for his enthusiasm and ability to put people at ease. In his coaching, he brings a steady, unflappable presence, creating space where people feel safe and genuinely heard. Outside of his work, he enjoys time outdoors, especially climbing, hiking, and kayaking, and is always up for a good book, a flat white, or a meaningful conversation over great food and drinks.
